Mr. Bennett or Mr. B as his fellow tenants call him is an accomplished “amaturer” thespian.

Having toured all over Iowa and Illinois he is here to take on the Big Apple, for that next great commercial or b-movie. Willing to do anything — ANNYYTHINNNG! — for one last chance at stardom as he heads into the autumn of his life.

Jovial and robust he is always eager to greet his fellow neighbors with a “howdy do” and a tip of his bowler hat!

If you’re under 30 however he is ready to shake his cane at any young whippersnappers with all their newfangled gadget” chicanery”.

Give this fellow lime green shag carpet and a console tv and he will give you HOURS of scrap book photos and blustery tales of his youth.

Mr B enjoys putting googlie eyes on things and hosting dinner parties.

His favorite decade is  the 90’s but we are not sure if he means 1890’s or 1990’s?

He has a very large cat named Linus Mcgillikitty.
