Here’s Bloody New Year, a horror movie from 1987. Most of you haven’t seen it, but you might be familiar with its famous VHS box art, which featured some kind of skeletal zombie blowing a party horn.

Bloody New Year comes off like a blend of April Fool’s Day and The Shining. It was roughly produced and it doesn’t always make sense, but it’s worth leaving on in the background while you putz around with other things. Just look up whenever you hear a snarl or a scream.
