Sleepaway Camp II!

I wanted something SUPER CRUEL SUMMERY for tonight, since it’s now officially summer. (And also because it’s Friday, yay!)

Heeeeeere’s SLEEPAWAY CAMP II, from 1988. One of my all-time favorite horror movies, and oh so summery.

Think of it as an extremely great Friday the 13th sequel that just happens to NOT be a Friday the 13th sequel. The first Sleepaway Camp film gets more pub, but trust me, this is the one to see. It fires on every cylinder and is just so good.

Expect gore and more — and don’t bother if you’re not into that!
