Highway to Heaven!

Tonight’s suggestion (and upload) is from Mikey S., who actually pitched this during last year’s Countdown. No clue if Mikey is still paying attention to this place, but hey:

It’s the 1987 Halloween episode of Highway to Heaven, titled I Was a Middle-Aged Werewolf.

I’ll let Mikey explain:

“A Christian-themed family show may not be a likely source of horror, but this one episode features series star Michael Landon turning into a motherfucking werewolf to terrorize children, and an appearance by Michael Berryman as the Devil himself (incidentally, the makeup effects were Emmy nominated).

“This episode has a very special place in my heart for traumatically breaking me into the horror genre as a preschooler, and it saddens me that it never became the Halloween staple that it deserves to be.”

C’mon, guys. With a description like that, we gotta give this a shot.
