Dino Drac’s Spooky September Funpack!

Dino Drac’s Spooky September Funpack is here, and it’s a banger! This one will fill you with so much Halloween spirit, your eye might pop out of your head like the guy from Friday the 13th Part 3.

It’s a boo-tiful bounty of high-end haunted collectibles, with an emphasis on quality over quantity. Some real showpieces in this one!

Subscriptions are currently closed, but I have a fair number of spares that I can offer on an individual basis. The cost is $25, shipped to anywhere in the United States. The Halloween-themed Funpacks historically sell fast, so if you’re interested, zip to the bottom to see if there are any left!

Otherwise, keep reading to learn about everything in this month’s box…

First up, it’s another killer cassette from my friends over at Terror-Vision. You’ll each receive a sealed, factory-fresh copy of the Toxic Crusaders soundtrack, on audiocassette!

What a slimy score! These beautiful tapes are officially licensed, and as is always the case with Terror-Vision, super high quality. The sealed tapes have gorgeous art, and the cassettes themselves were cast in a thematic slime green color.

The photos just don’t do these babies justice. They look SO good. And yes, obviously, these are legitimate tapes that will work with any cassette player. To my knowledge, most of these tracks were never released prior to Terror-Vision getting their hands on the license!

And then we have my latest collaboration with House of Wax Melts. They’ve been a Funpack fan favorite for years, and I think you’re gonna love what they’ve cooked up this time.

You’ll each receive a Blue Ghost wax melt set, based on the mysterious popsicles that were popular on ice cream trucks in the 1980s. The Blue Ghost pops were blue raspberry flavored, and that’s exactly what these melts smell like. Honestly, they smell so good, I must remind you that they’re not meant for eating!

Each custom-packaged set comes with six cool blue cubes, which is more than enough for several rounds of blue raspberry bliss. (If you don’t already have a wax melt warmer, they’re cheap on Amazon.)

Next up is a real gem for you major Halloween heads out there. You’ll each receive a genuine 1994 Spooky World brochure, celebrating “America’s horror theme park!”

Even if you never visited Spooky World, you’ve probably heard of it. In the ‘90s, they were one of the country’s main haunts, and attracted big names like Tom Savini and Kane Hodder. In fact, they even released a whole VHS tape to show off their petrifying prowess!

These brochures include several full-color photos of their haunts and attractions, and they will zap you with nostalgia even if you’ve never heard of the place before today.

Bonus points: Each comes with an original Spooky World coupon sheet, which was packed with the brochures way back when. These brochures have never been touched and are in perfect shape!

This month’s 5×7” cardstock mini-poster recreates a 1980s trade ad for Freddy’s Glove, from A Nightmare on Elm Street.

Still a classic Halloween costume accessory today, these things were ten times as ubiquitous in the ‘80s… mostly thanks to the many kids who swore that totally unrelated costumes NEEDED Freddy’s glove.

You’ll also receive this month’s exclusive 2×2” sticker, which recreates an old McDonald’s Halloween poster.

Rounding things out, you’ll also get this month’s Funpack Newsletter, plus an exclusive essay that will never be reprinted on the site. (This month’s essay is about the horror section in my neighborhood’s first video store, and what a formative experience that was for me.)

You’ll also get a treat-sized bag of the new Wednesday Cereal, which has gotten so many mixed reviews online, you might consider it more of a trick than a treat! But hey, I think you should decide for yourself!

I’ll also toss in a vintage pack of Toxic Crusaders album stickers (goes perfectly with your new tape), and a pack of glow-in-the-dark Hallmark Stick-R-Treat stickers from the ‘80s!

So yep, you’ll get everything shown here for $25, shipped to anywhere in the United States! (Funpacks are only available in the States, sorry!)

If you’re already a subscriber and you wanna stay that way… do nothing! You’re all set!
