This is the first time Gilbert rents an apartment by himself, and he is pumped that he is living in such a swanky building.

He decorated his apartment exactly like the one from Three’s Company. Sure, he is a fan of the show, but that decision was made mainly because he is lacking in self confidence and does not trust his own judgment when it comes to decorating. So, he went with what he knew was a winning formula.

Sometimes Gilbert dresses like Mr. Furley and goes outside in the hallway and barges into the empty apartment with his eyes really wide. It’s his favorite game.

He tried playing “Mr. Furley” with his neighbors once, but his face was scalded when someone threw a pot of boiling water at him.

Most people who come to visit think Gilbert’s apartment is pretty normal, if not a little outdated. Most people have never entered his bedroom…
