Wednesday of Doom!
To make up for the last few days of no-videos (and to start chipping away at the ones people suggested), I’m gonna throw THREE at ya tonight. (Save ’em for the weekend if you don’t have time now!)
Suggested by MightyThirstyPirate, here’s an old Alien 3 Pepsi commercial!
MightyThirstyPirate says: “Part of Pepsi‘s ‘The Choice of a New Generation’ series, here is the mother f’ing Xenomorph from Alien3, chasing teenagers down a foggy alley on what looks like a set from the first Ninja Turtles movie, presumably intending them no good, until they make a last ditch effort to appease the beast… with soda!”
From Madra Rua, here’s Tim Burton’s Frankenweenie, from 1984!
Madra Rua says: “This was one of my favorite things to catch on TV as a kid — even though it would make me cry every single time. This upload includes Tim Burton’s ‘Vincent’ short as well!”
Suggested by Batty, here’s an episode of Circle of Fear, called Graveyard Shift. (Not to be confused with the movie!)
Batty says: “This is an episode of an old ’70s anthology series called Circle Of Fear. (Originally called Ghost Story.) It features John Astin and Patty Duke being haunted by angry horror movie characters’ ghosts.”
Pick your poison!
Another Halloween Free-For-All Thread!
I’m on a roll in Photoshop and don’t want to lose the moment, so let’s call this another Free-For-All Thread. Talk about whatever! I’ll give you some extra videos tomorrow to make up for the dry spell. 🙂
Halloween Free-For-All Thread!
Let’s call this a Halloween Free-For-All Thread. I’m too busy thinking about that leftover pineapple to dig up a video. Talk about whatever!
Here’s a pic to set the mood:
Great Pumpkin Commercial Breaks!
By the time most of you see this, it’ll be October! Let’s make it count!
Here’s a pair of videos collecting all of the commercial breaks from two different airings of It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. They’re not really Halloweeny, but when you picture them sandwiched between scenes about rocks and Red Barons, I think they’ll put you in a spooky mood all the same.
