Elvira and Saved by the Bell?!
Here’s an extra special video suggested by Sammy Hain:
So, this. God. How do I describe it? You know, I think I’ll just swipe the description from the MST3K Wiki:
“Attack of the Killer B-Movies is an NBC prime time special that aired on Saturday, September 2, 1995 at 8pm. The special was hosted by Elvira, Mistress of the Dark and featured several stars from NBC’s teen-centric comedy series, including Dustin Diamond. It was written by Frank Conniff, with “Special Material” written by Elvira performer Cassandra Peterson.
“The special consisted of the performers making jokes at 4 films that had been heavily edited to fit the allotted time: The Wasp Woman starring Susan Cabot (which had also been colorized) and Killers from Space (also colorized) starring Peter Graves, The Navy vs. the Night Monsters starring Mamie Van Doren, and Monster from Green Hell (featuring music by Albert Glasser).”
Buckle up, guys. Halloween is saved.
